RESEARCH LIBRARY

The homework, in public.

Everything Allay claims traces back to things we found in the research. This library is where we keep the sources, notes and context behind the work.

How this library works

Transparent sources, less marketing, more context

We made this library different from the usual supplement source page. Instead of a list of links with no explanation, each entry tells you what we found, why it matters and where the evidence came from.

Every entry links out

If we cite an article, paper, review or dataset, the original source is linked so you can inspect it yourself.

Every entry is labeled

Community patterns and clinical evidence are kept separate. We don't pretend they're the same.

Limits stated as clearly as results

Small sample? Short duration? Different population? Those limitations belong next to the finding.

One more thing: this library is not medical advice. It is reading notes with sources. What any of it means for you belongs in a conversation with your prescriber.
